Before you buy a soft pastel, please read

Soft Pastels require special handling. 

Your painting will be shipped to you fully protected, with glassine covering and packed securely between foam board and bubble wrap to make sure it arrives safely to its new home. 

I will include a "Handling & Framing Tips" sheet with your new painting.

Keep in mind that pastel can clump in humid conditions. Do not display in a bathroom or in a humid area. However, with proper handling and framing, a pastel painting will remain pristine and pure for years and years to come.
